To finish life in toilet
When we want to remind the killer, the first that may come to mind is the most famous American maniac Jeffrey Dahmer or so-called "Green River Killer". Nevertheless, serial killings do not have geographic restrictions, so you may meet them in almost every country. The murderer from England, Dennis Nielsen, was a real psycho. In the period from 1978 to 1983 he killed 12 people and more than seven managed to escape. He offered them to go to his house for a drink, and then severely choked them. If the victim was still alive after strangulation, the maniac trusted the matter by drowning her in a bath, as he could feel satisfied only when the murder was completed. When he committed his first murders he hid victims’ tracks with the help of small fire, then by pouring out the sewage. He simply dismembered the corpses and flushed them down to the toilet. Because of the permanently clogged toilet, he began to complain to the owner of the flat for problems with plumbing. The specialist, who was called to repair it, noticed a blockage of human flesh and bone.
Black Monster's House
If we talk about something really terrible, then it's worth mentioning such a killer as Salvatore Perrone. This man did not have much income that is obvious through his bank account at the moment of detention. He saved only 2 dollars. Many people believe that it was the envy of the more successful businessmen that made this man become a cold-blooded killer. His victims were Rahmatollah Vahidipour, Mohamed Gebeli and Isaac Kadare. These three men were of the age 59 to 78 years old. Neighbors described the killer as a very quick-tempered and aggressive person and noted that his house was a reflection of a bad financial situation. They also noted that his house for 20 years seemed to be unfit for life. In the window shutters there were no glasses, and instead of doors there was an entrance, which was difficult to distinguish visually. In 1998 authorities took away this house, long before the arrest of the criminal. There were found a lot of construction violations, since the owner did not care about it at all.
The secret house of the Ukrainian "Butcher"
At the end of 1992, there was convicted one of the worst and the cruelest serial killers in Ukraine. It was Andrei Chikatilo, who is better known as the "Butcher". Sixteen months after his arrest, he was executed by getting a bullet in the head. His first victim was a nine-year-old little girl Yelena Zakotnova, whom the maniac killed in the house shown in the photo. The killer bought the house about which he didn't tell even his wife. So that he had a "secret one". He took his victim there after he met her on the way from school. He lured the girl with a promise of giving a chewing gum if she agrees to follow him into this dilapidated house. He tried to have sex with her but he failed. He got extremely angry with it, that's way he killed her. Police officers found the body of the child two days after the murder was committed, but the maniac was not detained by law enforcement officials, so it allowed him to continue committing crimes.
Karl Denke is not a very famous serial killer and we do not know many details about his deeds, but he himself left a list of victims, with carefully documented notice which include names of all of his victims. This maniac acted from 1914 till 1918 in Germany, where he was born in 1870. During his lifetime he murdered about 42 people. He was arrested in 1924 after he attacked a man in his own house with an ax. When the police officer entered his house, they found a terrible picture there: the killer kept canned jars with human flesh. In addition, pieces of bones and flesh of humans were found. Criminalists could prove that the dismemberment of corpses occurred a few hours after the death of a man. Moreover, it was proved that the killer sold such "canned goods" under the guise of ordinary meat in the local market. The victims of the cannibal became random travelers who stayed at his house.
Bender’s family bloody hotel
The American family of murderers, known as "The Bloody Benders", has been terrifying Kansas residents from 1871 till 1873. The family consisted of John - a husband, Elvira - wife, and also John Junior and daughter Keith. They owned a department store and a hotel. The story of their appearance in that area is covered in mystery, because no one could tell where they came from. The couple's children spoke very poorly in English. Through time, the stories about them have reached to us. It was said that the person, who came to the Benders’ hotel, was seated at the head of the table as an honored guest but that place was located above the hatch, where the victim's body is dropped after someone of the spouse hit him to the head through the fake wall behind the victim's chair. As for the number of murders, no one is sure about their amount. In the yard of their hotel, there were found more than 20 dead bodies, but there is possibility that there may be much more.
The awful basement of a serial killer
One of the most famous serial killers in the USA is Ted Bundy who began his criminal activities in the state of Washington. Already there he started killing brutally young girls and women. In 1974, he moved to Utah, where he entered a law school but nonetheless he continued a series of bloody crimes. After the capture of the criminal, he admitted that in this state, seven women were killed. Some evidence suggested that he is likely to start killing when he was teenager, but Ted himself reluctantly admitted only in his early murders, although later he became more freely to communicate with investigators. The murderer's house was demolished, but there was a basement, that belonged to that house, at 115 Burr's Lane (Emigration Canyon Road) outside Salt Lake City. Now this place attracts fans of thrill, who sometimes visits this cellar of one of the most brutal serial killers of America. The maniac had another place for murdering, but this old building is considered to be the creepiest of all and people are afraid of it as a hurricane.
Maniac who building a tree house for children
One of the most horrible things that are known about the assassin Dennis Lynn Rader is that he constantly left clues for police and journalists. This maniac was rightly called BTK Killer for "bind, torture, kill", because he was very cruel while dealing with his victims. Nevertheless, beside it he spent the life as an ordinary family man, as far as it is possible for a person with the inclinations of a hard assassin, of course. In 1971, he married and started working as a house security consultant. This man had two children, and he even took a short break of murders after the birth of his daughter in 1978, but in 7 years he again began his bloody activities with the murder of Marine Hedge. And the fact that makes this photo really creepy is that at the same time as Dennis quietly makes a tree house for his children they do not even assume that their father is a cruel killer.
The abandoned house with corpses
Darren Deon Vann is accused of killing seven women but the criminal proceedings of his case began only in 2017. He himself confessed to the murder of the 19-year-old prostitute Afrikka Hardy, which he committed in the motel in 2014, and also in six other murders. The criminal told the police, where they can find the bodies of three dead girls. They were found in abandoned houses in the Gary area, where the offender could leave them both inside and outside the house. The city of Gary, Indiana is one of the cities, which was affected by the crisis the most, so majority of its residents just left their homes and went somewhere else. From the original number of 175 thousand people there became only slightly more than 70 thousand. This circumstance and the presence of a huge number of abandoned houses allowed the perpetrator to commit his atrocities. After his arrest for the first murder, he led the police to the house 413 E on 43rd Ave., where he managed to commit several more murders until he was caught.

Many people were unaware of the fact that in this house there lived a murderer who started his criminal "career" as a child, when he began to dismember the corpses of animals and arranged a real cemetery for them in his backyard. At the age of 18, the maniac began to kill people, and although all the crimes were mainly committed in other places, but exactly in this house the beginning of his illegal activities was laid. When in 2012 this house was sold from the auction, its new owner appreciated a good view of the grove and said that from that place one can clearly see animals such as deer and turkeys.

Nevertheless, the main danger lay in the murderer's house, about what he confessed after being detained. When the police entered his apartment they discovered there a complicated handmade explosive device which experienced specialists tried to deactivate for more than 2 days with the help of robotic equipment. If the found trap would have worked, the multi-store house could have been destroyed. Experts who worked on the deactivation of that device reported that this apartment was supposedly designed for a hard mass murder. The explosive could work even if the person, who installed it, does not activate the handmade device on his own.

The police went to his house with an arrest warrant for alleged rape, which he committed more than 40 days ago. In that house policemen found two corpses on the floor in the living room. In addition, four other bodies were discovered in other rooms of the house. The rest of killed girls were buried in small tombs in the courtyard. While Rose West was questioned by the police she said that she talk with the stepdaughter on phone. But the authorities did not stop searching and finally found the girl in February 1994 at 25, Cromwell Street. It was the place where the police found the body of a poor girl. Her "prey" each month casts about 5,000 dollars, which she received in the form of social payments of their tenants. For those she had not managed to kill, she left very little money for a living, and took the rest for herself. The old woman was arrested in 1988 and sentenced to life imprisonment, but she did not admit her guilt. She died in prison in 2011 at the age of 82 years.
"Acid House" of serial killer
The infamous British serial killer John George Haigh terrified fellow-countrymen who learned about his crimes. He killed people and dissolved their bodies in an acid bath to get their property and seize money. For him, crimes were not something new, because John from childhood became a part of the underworld and began with theft of money from his employer. Further he appeared as a lawyer and carried out fraudulent actions, for which he was sentenced to his first term of imprisonment. His former employer became the first victim of the maniac. John came across him in a bar and persuaded him to go together to the basement to continue drinking alcohol. Then the assassin hit his victim on the head and put the body in a drum that was filled with acid. The body almost completely dissolved within two days and the maniac poured liquid into the sewer. As a result, the murderer was arrested and found guilty of 6 crimes although he said that in fact there were more of them.
Repository of bodies
A charming gentleman named John Christie began his criminal activities in the middle of the last century. The first murder he committed in 1943. He killed his victims right in his apartment and hid their bodies there too. When he moved, he probably forgot that he left several dead bodies in the house. Three decaying corpses were found in an alcove above the kitchen, his wife's body was in the living room under the floorboards and two more bodies were in his garden. All the dead people were renting an apartment in the maniac's house. Two of killed people were a daughter and a mother, and the head of this family was mistakenly convicted of their murder and sentenced to death by hanging. The family rented John’s apartment and all the time he helped family, so no one assumed that the man was executed for the crimes which committed his landlord. Christie was imprisoned only for the murder of his wife, for which he was later hanged. Facts about other murders appeared only after the death of the maniac. It was also said that all his victims were strangled.
